विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्वमे ॥
अर्थ — हे देवी पृथ्वी, आप जिनका वस्त्र समुद्र है और पर्वतों के मण्डल आपके पयोधर हैं। हे विष्णुपत्नि आपको नमस्कार है। कृपया मेरे चरणों द्वारा आपको होने वाले स्पर्श के लिए मुझे क्षमा करें।
Meaning – Goddess Earth, you whose clothing is the oceans and whose breasts are the mountain ranges, I offer my salutations to you, the consort of Lord Vishnu. Please forgive me for the touch that will be caused by my feet.
