राम राम रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे ।
सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने ॥
अर्थ — जब कोई व्यक्ति मन में ‘राम राम राम’ इस नाम का जाप करता है, तो वह आनंदित और मनोहर भाव में रहता है। इसका तात्पर्य है कि ‘राम’ नाम का जाप करने से मन की शान्ति, सुख, और सुरुचिपूर्णता होती है। इस जाप की महिमा है कि यह राम नाम विष्णु जी के सहस्रनाम के तुल्य है।
Meaning – When a person repetitively chants the name ‘Rama Rama Rama’ within their mind, they experience joy and delightful emotions. The essence of this is that by chanting the name ‘Rama’, one attains inner peace, happiness, and contentment. The significance of this chanting is that it holds the same magnitude as reciting the thousand names of Lord Vishnu.
